I love your pictures, but I'm excited about your relay. I wish there was something similar here for me to enter. I'm watching your running progress and am impressed. I tried running stairs like you suggested, and I'm a wuss, but I was able to do a 3+ mile run last Saturday partially from the added stairs workout. Thanks for the tip.
