And just like that Carson is a teenager! He got a nice set of wireless headphones. He asked for a German chocolate cake for dessert. There was no school on the Monday that was his birthday, so he even got a break from school! Happy Birthday Carson!

We got a pizza paddle from Grandpa and Grandma Lorimer for Christmas, so on New Years Day we tried it out. The pizzas tasted so yummy made this way!
Sophia has become a talented workout coach, and she loves to lead the family in workouts! Here she is instructing Mike and Parker.
There was no school on Carson’s birthday, due to Martin Luther King Jr Day. So the kids spent the cold morning outside in the snow. Parker made his very own snowman. Natalie and Carson made a fort out of giant snowball heads in the front yard. Carson also helped Sophia make a mini snowman.
One afternoon I was sewing baby blankets while the kids were at school, and I saw two moose walk through our backyard!
This is the mousetrap car that Carson made in 7th grade industrial arts class. It traveled around 80 feet.
Sophia made a cake for the treat for family home evening in January, and she did such a great job!
